They work great for sleeping, I don’t work out, so idk how they are like that. but they stay on in my sleep. if you are a side sleeper, you can fall asleep with them on, but if you don’t move much, it can make your ear hurt a bit, but now too bad. and this is lightweight and made of soft material. If you’re on a budget looking for an item to sleep in or go walking, this is a good product. If you’re looking for something to wear all the time, this isn’t it. calls are not horrible. Also I have to wear it with the play button in the back. The box is a bit uncomfortable on the forehead

havent tried these yet but the feel nice and fit my fat head xD perfectly well. i like the material. and they look exactly like it shows in the pics. the only complaint i really have is it says to clean to remove the stuff inside it. and as shown in my pics there is a way to remove the earbuds. but i dont see a way of removing the on/off/volume/chargeport thing bc as u can see the hole is only big enough for the charger.
